The LockyWindow plugin (“The Product”) is licensed software, not sold. All rights not granted to the licensee (“You”) are reserved by Paul R. Rogers Tech, LLC (“The Licensor”).

Scope of License

By accepting this license You are granted a non-transferable license to use The Product on up to 10 devices. You are not permitted to distribute, lease, lend, rent, sell, share, or sub-license The Product. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer The Product except to the extent applicable law permits.

Trial Editions

Trial editions of The Product may be used for up to 30 days for evaluation only. After the trial period a premium license must be purchased or The Product uninstalled from all unlicensed devices.

Use of Data

You grant The Licensor permission to collect technical information about your installation(s) for the purpose of providing updates, providing support, and to improve The Product and related services.

Termination

You or The Licensor may terminate this license at any time. If You do not comply with any one of the terms then your rights will terminate automatically and without notice. If the license is terminated then You must stop all use of The Product and permanently erase all copies of it.

No Warranty

YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PRODUCT AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE LICENSOR “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED OR EXPLICIT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
